Look guys, lets just admit it, despite the stereotypical need to act as tough as nails at all times, there are some days you just want to open a bottle of wine and soak in the tub. It’s OK, you won’t lose your manly mystique by succumbing to the elemental need to return to a warm bath.
Of course, why settle for a simple tub of warm water, when you can add a few basic ingredients to bring your soak up to the next level!

Oatmeal – If you’re prone to eczema, or your skin is just feeling dried out and exhausted from the rough winter months, an oatmeal bath might be just the thing you need to get your skin, and your mind, right back on track.
Sea Salt – If thoughts of the present and an uncertain future are getting under your skin, a sea salt bath might be just the trick for soothing your frazzle brain cells.
Eucalyptus – Feeling under the weather? Eucalyptus might be just the ticket! This is a powerful potion that will open up your sinuses and leave you feeling like a million bucks. If it’s good enough for a koala bear, it should help to get you back in shape!
Epsom Salts – It’s a classic for good reason. Sore, tired muscles love this stuff. Dissolve it in a running bath, then sink into the warmth and feel the tension of a hard workout, or a horrific day, melting away in the bath.
