This summer’s Camino Island reminded us how much fun John Grisham novels can be. It had been years since we’d read one of his thrillers, and once we were finished we found ourselves thinking, “How did we forget how great they are?”
Now, because the man is a writing machine, Grisham is releasing his second book of the year. This one involves a group of law students who realize they’ve been caught up in “The Great Law School Scam” and decide they won’t take it sitting down (other than the periods they spend sitting on barstools at the Rooster Bar plotting their revenge).
We love the topic, we love the title, and we can’t wait to read it. In this day and age, a little schadenfreude with a twist of revenge sounds like just the ticket!
